Glad to see more and more physical sunscreens available at the drugstore.Physical/mineral based sunscreens work for my sensitive skin while chemical based sunscreen gives me hives. This sunscreen works well and feels good, also the odor is not strong and so I recommend it.

The active ingredients are Titanium Dioxide (4.3%), Zinc Oxide (3%)

Other physical/mineral based sunscreens can be pricey. I got this small 3oz tube at CVS for ~$11 in the spring but just saw it there on sale today for closer to ~$9 and now on Amazon subscribe and save its $7.65, so I might sign up for S&S as I will continue to use this product.

This got top marks from the Environmental Working Group for effectiveness and safety.It glided easily on my kids' faces.Yes, pretty much any mineral sunscreen leaves a white residue.It's a physical blocker from the sun, and dermatologists consider zinc oxide (one of the ingredients) the BEST protection from the sun.After my kiddos got swimming, the whitness faded.Thanks for making a great product

We live in SE Alabama so we can't avoid the sun too easily.This is the sunblock our pediatrician recommended for my daughter when she was 2 months old.And I have to say, it works great!She hasn't gotten a sunburn yet (we've been using it for about 3 months and have been going to the pool a lot lately). The only downside is that it leaves a bit of an unpleasant residue... I don't think my daughter minds but it feels gross on my hands.

This product is so compact and easy to use, mess free. We keep it on hand for quick use, not only on face but arms and legs and neck. It is very effective. Yes, it does leave a white film but this is zinc oxide which is expected. It is very well rated by EWG on their sunscreen list as well.
