Almay Smart Shade Makeup with SPF 15, Light/Medium 200, 1-Ounce Tubes (Pack of 2)

I was having trouble finding a foundation to match my skin tone since the two shades I've used by other companies are no longer made. I picked this up while browsing at the local drugstore to give it a try since it was much cheaper than my usual foundations. I was very pleased with the foundation. When I first saw it in my hand, I thought "oh dear" as it was a rather gray mess, but once on my face the shade matched wonderfully. Guess that is the "magical transformation" stated on the front of the package. As another reviewer noted, this is not heavy coverage. You can still see some of the flaws your skin has underneath the foundation. To counteract this, I dabbed a bit of concealer on the spots I wanted to cover and then put the foundation on. Works well. For the price, this is excellent coverage.

This is a light coverage foundation and should be expected to show freckles and/or blemishes.

I used this product and the color that it transformed to was perfect for my skin tone. It also has sunscreen in the foundation which can't be said for some pricier store brands. I had used clinique foundation before I switched to ALMAY and I will never go back! I highly recommend this product, but I would purchase it your local store where it is at least 1 to 2 dollars cheaper than you can find it here.

I wanted to try this because it's like magic. and finding the right shade makeup is so hard. I read some reviews that this turns very orange, and that is completely true. Additionally, it is very light coverage, so I get splotchy orange streaks on my face. not cute. It's more of a tinted moisturizer and sunscreen than foundation. I use a little with other lotions as a base for my makeup, but only because I already have it. I would not buy it again. I mean, it's effing cool it is magic. But it's impractical

I've been tanning on and off for a few years. I have found several good lotions on Amazon but I don't recommend this one. It smells good but that's as far as it goes.

Great lotion!I was really pale, I hadn't been tanning since the summer, and I started using this lotion in March, I was able to build a great base tan without any burning or irritation.The smell is ok, it's not great but it's a lot better compared to other indoor lotions I have used.If you have fair skin and you are looking for a lotion that isn't too expensive and won't cause you to burn, I recommend this one for sure!There is also a mango scented version, that one is the same but it smells a little better than the berry in my opinion.

Fusion Beauty Prime Results Tinted Moisturizer - S

This is tinted primer-when it's applied over sunscreen it is greasy and sits in the lines. Applied over clean face-great as a primer (with spf) with matte finish with long staying power and sheer coverage.

I have a Sand and it is good match. Smells good, like flower lily of the valley.

Awesome under mineral make up because way less powder is needed, but it is full of silicones, so this is why it's melts away from moisturized skin (especially when cream is oil based).

I was very sad when they discontinued the tinted self adjusting foundation. However, they have replaced it with this fabulous product. I am a product junkie and have tried tinted moisturizers by: Chanel, Laura Mercier, Tarte, Josee Moran (and about 10 others).....THIS PRODUCT DOES WHAT IS SAYS IT DOES! I never liked the idea of the tinted moisturizer but this one is just great , I read the great reviews and the price was tempting so I tried it and I am glad I did. This gives a very smooth light coverage , hides imperfections, has 15 spf it makes my skin look so velvety flawless. I got this primer in caramel shade was worried it would be too dark for me , well I guess I was quite lucky cause this is perfect . I am NC 30 and 35 in summer and this shade just makes my complexion glow , I just love it.. Thank you fusion and amazon for providing this ..

Edit: After few weeks of using this , I would like to add that now I use it with only concealer to hide dark undereye circles and I need nothing else , I am no longer using a foundation and I will be stocking up on this cause it make my skin look so perfect I can't believe it, I don't quite understand why ?!! cause in the past when I used to wear light coverage foundations they never gave me the perfect result that this tinted moisturizer gives me !! amazing but I won't complain I will just stock up. one last thing it didn't break me out , which is also very rare with my acne prone complexion as I tried more products than i can remember which did.. so this is my HG primer, light covergae foundation, moisturizer , you name it , it is the product that i need night and day to look perfect , please don't discontinue it. The best thing about this product is all the hype. Basically, as the tube says, its "sunscreen" SPF 15 to "help prevent sunburn." It has a tinted creamy texture going on so you look like you have light make-up on--hence the "illuminator" claim. It contains several forms of alcohol, which of course dries your skin. I bought light and medium to make my own shade, great going on but made my skin dry and itchy.

I like the texture of this, and that it has sunscreen.It also does not have an offensive smell like some face creams.However, I have very fair skin with a pink undertone. This cream is yellowish (the fair) and just made my skin look greasy. I tried it alone & under my foundation, and it looked horrible both ways.I prefer the L'Oreal primer (pale pink).

So I have tried several different bb creams (all korean products) to see which ones were the best. I purchased this loreal one this morning and tried it, and it really doesn't compare to any of the korean ones I have tried (even the korean ones that I didn't really like). The consistency is too thin, and the coverage is weak. I know that it is for "light" skinned people, but that doesn't mean that it should just be completely translucent. I am Korean and have fair skin and I think from now on, I will be sticking tomy favs Skin79, hanskin, or skinfood.

I love love love this product! Before I tried it I thought the coverage would be really light and would rub off easily. This is not the case at all! While obviously the coverage doesn't compare to a foundation it covers most minor imperfections easily and lasts several hours! Also it doesn't rub off easily on clothes. Lots of times if I am just running errands rather than put on full makeup I just apply this quickly (like I would a moisturizer) and it dramatically improves my appearance. Even when I am doing full makeup I often start out applying this all over my face, as it is a great moisturizer and sets a great base). I have noticed when I use this as a primer I use much less traditional makeup.

I bought this product after searching for a zinc oxide based sunscreen for the face. I had been using a Lancome product, but it was too pasty and left a white film on the face (a common problem with zinc oxide). This one is much, much better. It does leave a bit of a white film, but if you rub it in, it disappears. Zinc Oxide is the best and safest ingredient for sun protection. I highly recommend this product.

As the other reviewer stated, the picture leads you to think that you will be getting the 4oz bottle, instead you get the dinky 1.5 ounce bottle. This is classic bait and switch.

The site shows both the 4 Oz. and the 1.5 Oz bottles sold by Blue Quill Angler for Amazon. There is only one price for this product and it makes you think that you are getting a bargain at $6.75 for the larger bottle. Low and behold, you only get the smaller bottle. Please remove the picture of the 4 Oz bottle from your website as this is misleading and borders on false advertisement!!

As for the product: I have had problems with other sunscreens that get in my eyes and sting whenever I sweat. I do a lot of fishing and I originally came upon this sunscreen at my local tackle shop. Needless to say, I have no more eye stinging from sunscreen. It does leave a slightly visible white film from the zinc oxide, but I would rather have this than red, burning eyes.

I started using SPF moisturizer in my early 20's.Part of the way in I remembered my grandmother used the original Oil of Olay and I switched to this brand.It is much more expensive than the one I used to use but worth the switch.I used the lotion wrongly assuming it was cream, but the cream lasts longer and my skin is noticeably more supple and moisturized upon use.My little sister also in her 20's has caught on and begun to use it as well.Nothing substitutes taking care of your body from the inside so your outside looks great, but I swear by this moisturizer and it has not failed me for years and hopefully for many years to come.

Really nice color comes from this product.I highly recommend Ocean sunless tanning spray.It is easy to use and doesn't seem to clog.The sticky factor leaves quickly.

The DHA solution goes on a little "red" but dries to a nice bronze. Depending on your skin tone and how many layers of spray you apply sometimes a slight orange.. This one dries faster than the other Ocean products, but all of them still leave you a little sticky. I would recommend on the day you spray tan that you have some home projects to do. Recommended for best color, wait over night to shower off, then you will have a wonderful tan that will last longer (and remember to pat dry in shower each time rather than rub dry with towel) I really like the Ocean line of Tan Solutions, and have used them over and over again.
