This lotion has a strong pineapple smell and is an accelerator, NO BRONZER. This was the first tanning lotion I ever used and it really popped the color, even on my legs, which usually take the longest to tan. It worked great for me! I love this lotion! It is a good lotion for beginners.
I was hesitant to get this product because of the other reviews, however, I was determined to find a product that had an excellent rating on the Environmental Working Groups list 'Skin Deep' database that I could also get either with my prime membership or at least w/o shipping charges. It scores a '1' which is very good and difficult to find as far as lip balms w SPF go.

I bought the Burnout Lip Balm SPF 32 because I'd read good things about it on a couple of forums I visit. I'd been looking for a lip balm with sunscreen that contained zinc oxide-only. Unfortunately each of the lip balms in the 3-pack I received is unpleasantly gritty with the feel of small granules in it, rather than smooth. I don't know if I was shipped old stock or if something happened to the lip balm before I received it. It's winter here, so temperature changes in transport are less likely. I'm looking for another brand of zinc oxide-only lip balm.

I had a hard time finding this product ... Borghese isn't in as many dept. stores as it used to be, much to my dismay.This particular foundation had become my favorite creamy but not so creamy that it caused a breakout.I'm old enough to need a somewhat heavier foundation but my skin is sensitive.Great coverage (not cake-y) and light feel.

I have been using the L-Oreal Revitalift Day Cream with SPF 15+ for about 8 years now.This is marketed under the same name as the more commercially available product in a different pump pack that is also perfumed, and sold for about four times as much.While I prefer the perfumed version, this is a good product, and excellent for sensitive skin.However, as identified by a previous reviewer, the pump is a disaster.I have bought this particular packaging three times now, hoping I had just got a bad batch, and not only is the pump virtually ineffective to pump any moisturizer into your hand (often takes about 20 pumps to get any out), it invariably breaks when only half the contents have been used, so your only option is to take the lid off and tip it into your hand (not easy as the consistency doesn't lend itself to this!).If you don't mind this sort of messing around in the mornings to put cream on your face, it is a great price, but if you are pushed for time, I would probably choose an alternative (or the more expensive perfumed variety).

I am a 22 year old male who was looking for the best physical sunscreen for my skin. I use a retinoid at night so I really needed to avoid chemicals and any other irritants in my skin care products. After exhausting amounts of research I decided to try Devita Solar Protective Moisturizer which seemed like the best option. This product does not smell, it is extremely smooth, and it does go on clear. I tried this product for a good 3 weeks before deciding to quit using it. Every single time I put this stuff on my face, within 2 minutes of application, my face turned so very red. It did not go away and it lasted until I washed it off at days end. It was also quite greasy for me even though it claims to be "non greasy". I don't know which ingredient caused any of this but it was very jarring and scary looking. I decided to stop using this product and switch to Burnout Kids SPF. That was the best choice I could have ever made. Burnout goes on clear, my face stays smooth and normal looking too. I also noticed that the Devita by itself made my skin incredibly tight, like it was getting dry which was the opposite of what I needed. My retinoid makes my skin dry enough sometimes so I did not need the tightness from Devita. I gave Devita 2 stars because it did not leave my face white nor did it smell like chalk which is incredible for a physical sunscreen. That is where the goodness stops for me. If you are nervous about this sunscreen, try Burnout. It is non-comedogenic and hypoallergenic. You cannot beat it.
I wear this sunscreen to go running out in the LA sun. It works well to keep me from being burnt, even though I'm sweating a ton.

I can't speak to the experience for the woman who said her child was sunburned, (that's terrible)but this product works for me. I live in South Florida, so sun protection is important. Used this on my 2 year old a couple days ago on vacation in San Diego. We played by the pool for 2 hours, and I reapplied once. His cheeks are swollen and red with his first sunburn. He's never had a sunburn before with our normal sunscreen, but I thought since we were going to be in the water, that this would be better. I will not be buying again.

This sunscreen applies easily, doesn't smell horrible, and keeps me from getting sunburned (although I still get slightly tan). However it does not soak in very well. On the plus side this makes my skin shine, which is nice at the beach. On the bad side, no matter how long I wait, a grease ring develops around me as soon as I walk into the water. Works well on days when I just want to lay out and tan.

I am really health conscious, so when I went shopping around for a good sunscreen for my face I first went to Consumer Reports.They rated Neutrogena Ultra Sheer as the best sunscreen to block out UVA/UVB rays.I went out and bought this, and it felt great, HOWEVER, I discovered that it contains oxybenzone, which is a toxic chemical that easily absorbs into your skin and triggers free-radicals that go on to damage your skin cells, which is exactly what you're trying to prevent! To be fair though, oxybenzone is still present in many other brands of sunscreen and more research is needed to test its toxicity.I looked into the EWG (environmental working group) ratings on their website for a safer alternative and then went to the Whole Foods Market to test out all of their natural sunscreens.Most were oily (which cause breakouts on the face) or appeared white on the skin and did not absorb well.The only sunscreen that was oil-free, smelled good, and absorbed well was Kiss My Face Face Factor.Now I use this under my mineral make-up everyday and it's been great.I highly recommend this product to anyone.

I bought this product based on the reviews I read that it was better than the stick version. I was disappointed and now I have 23 tubes of this! It goes on more "wet" than the stick which I don't like. I feel like it doesn't absorb into my lips the way the stick does and feel like I have to re-apply more often than the stick. I guess I'll give them out to people and see what they think but for me I'm going back to the stick version.

You need a very small amount so it is actually pretty cheap. It is mineral based so I feel good about putting it on my skin. I do wish I could read what all the ingredients are though.
